Every Viro home moves through four stages: design and consultation, precision fabrication, construction and assembly, and turnkey delivery. Because fabrication runs in parallel with site work, the whole journey takes three to six months. Here is what happens at each stage.
Every home starts with a thirty-minute consultation, where we talk through how you live, review your lot, your brief, and your budget, and confirm that the site is ready. From there we develop the full architectural, structural, and engineering plans around your vision, built on a Light Gauge Steel frame. Before you commit to anything, you receive a written proposal with a fixed price and a milestone schedule, so the rest of the journey is planned, not improvised.
This stage is also where customisation happens. Layouts, finishes, fixtures, and palette are configurable within the modular grid, and our architects handle any structural changes on the same engagement. Most clients start from a model house and tailor it from there.
Once the design is set, your home is built to millimetre accuracy in our factory before anything reaches the site. The Light Gauge Steel frame is roll-formed and assembled into panels, insulation goes in, and quality is checked at every step. Steel makes the structure termite-resistant, warp-resistant, and engineered to endure for decades.
This is the stage that saves the months. While fabrication is underway indoors, your lot is being surveyed, prepared, and given its foundations. The two run in parallel, which is the core reason a Viro home is ready in three to six months rather than the year or more traditional construction takes.

When the modules are ready and the site is prepared, the components are transported and assembled on site by our team. This is where the home takes its final shape on your land, finished with premium materials and the interior styling chosen during design. Quality control continues through assembly, so the standard set in the factory carries through to the finished home.
Throughout this stage the permitting is handled in coordination with your LGU, and delivery and craning, which were itemised in your proposal, are carried out. You always know which milestone you are at and what comes next.
The final stage is the one you have been waiting for. The home arrives complete: fully finished and fully furnished, with the walls painted, the fixtures and lighting installed, the kitchen and bathrooms done, and the furniture placed. You arrive with luggage and move straight in. There is no separate furnishing project, no empty shell to slowly fill.
After move-in, the home is built to be easy to live with. The structure is covered for fifty years, finishes and fixtures for two, and maintenance is little more than an annual check of the cladding and deck. From the first conversation to the handover of keys, the whole journey is designed to be calm, clear, and complete.
