The Design

Sydney is the smallest home in the range and the most disciplined. At 20 square meters it is drawn as a studio — a single volume where sleeping, washing, and cooking share one floor without partitioning it into rooms too small to use.

The result is a unit that works as a starter home, a backyard studio, or a repeatable cabin for a boutique stay.

Layout

The plan holds one bed area, one toilet and bath, and a kitchen across 20 square meters, arranged as an open studio rather than separate rooms.

Three interior styles — Contemporary Modern, Modern Organic, and Transitional Modern — are available on the same footprint.

Construction

Sydney is engineered around Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) and fabricated to millimeter accuracy in the factory before anything reaches your lot. The structural frame is rated for 50+ years and is termite-, warp-, and rot-resistant.

Because fabrication runs in parallel with site work, assembly and finishing take months rather than years. The home is handed over turnkey — walls painted, fixtures installed, furniture placed — and is ready to live in within 3–6 months.
